The Egyptian Program for Promoting Industrial Motor Efficiency conducts the “Expert’s level – Compressed Air System Optimization” training session during 28 March till the 1^st of April 2021. A total of 18 individual consultants and energy experts affiliated to diverse manufacturing industries attended the 5-days expert level CASO training session. The training session encompassed both a theoretical and a practical segment which was facilitated and moderated by UNIDO’s international consultants Eng. Siraj Williams and Eng. Albert Williams. The UNIDO consultants tackled a number of vital topics including understanding Compressed Air, Air Treatment, and paved the way for participants to install data logging equipment to give system performance recommendations during the site visit at Oriental Weavers which spanned over the last 2 days of the round. The participants shared an exceptional collegial spirit and female participants’ morale was boosted during the site visit as they were welcomed by The Chairman of Oriental Weavers, Ms. Yasmin Mohamed Farid Khamis, who’s a recognized female strategic leader in the carpet industry.
